These terms and conditions set out rights and obligations of the parties in connection with sales made through the website www.sofresh-design.com. They cover all the steps necessary for placing and tracking orders..

These conditions apply only to non-commercial individuals, aged at least 18 years and having the legal capacity to contract.

You can save or print these terms and conditions.

SoFresh Design reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time these terms and conditions. If amended, will be applied to each order the terms and conditions prevailing at the date of placing the order.

The command

The order can be registered on the site if you clearly identified by entering your email address and your password.

In general, information on the availability of products are given to you when placing your order. Exceptionally, however, a product can be no longer available after the confirmation of the order. In this case, SoFresh Design informs you as soon as possible (no later than within one week) by email and propose you to cancel your order or wait until delivery by our supplier, specifying the time.

The final confirmation of the order comes after confirmation of payment.

After placing your order we send you, by email, a receipt thereof comprising a summary of the items ordered and shipping address.
Prices are in euros and in dollars including tax. SoFresh Design reserves the right to modify them in case of increased charges, including VAT rates, and in case of manifest error.

You must pay, in addition to product prices, for a fixed fee for shipping and processing of your order which shall be specified on page Delivery .

- By mail (check)

Payment must imperatively be addressed to : SoFresh Design, 17 rue des Margottes, 93100 MONTREUIL. Your package will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
Cheques should be made payable to Chafik BEN CHEIKH ALI.

Amounts paid in advance are neither advances nor deposit. Items not available are automatically reimbursed.

Shipping

Delivery times can not be insured in case of force majeure, including cases of strike, as defined by case law.

Delivery is at home or at your choice, subject only to payment of the fixed contribution to the costs of processing your order. 

To calculate the delivery date, count two weeks after the validation of your command.

In case of fraudulent use of your account, you are invited at the conclusion of such use to contact our customer service email : contact@sofresh-design.com. It will support this challenge and show you how to proceed. Unless fault or negligence on your part, you will not have to bear the consequences of such misuse.
