Shipments and returns

Manufacturing lead times and shipping vary by product, location and time of year. The average shipping time is 10 to 15 working days.

Please note that "working days" excludes weekends and holidays.

Order Status

We will notify you by mail when your order is confirmed, then when it is shipped. In the mail, you will find the estimated delivery time. However we can not tell you exactly where your order is or provide you a tracking number.

Delay Delivery

The packets come from the United States, and therefore pass through the borders. They may therefore need to go through customs. Usually, this does not affect in any way delay the shipping time of your order. However, there may still have controls that can cause delays. Unfortunately, we can not do anything about it.

If your order is late, contact your local post office. It is possible that the package does not see the mailbox, and it is returned to the post office.

If you feel that your order is taking too long, and your post office is not an issue, contact us (contact@sofresh-design.com) and we find a solution. Please include your e-mail your order number and shipping address so we can help you best.
